I grew up in South Manchester and various cities across Europe, I have now settled in Leeds where I live and work. I have been here since 1998 and studied Jewellery at Leeds College of Art & Design. I then went on to work within the jewellery trade as a Jeweller for the UK’s largest jewellery manufacturers in their busy workshop.
I now work for myself designing and making precious metal jewellery. I have been selling my work locally since 2005 and play an active role in Leeds’ arts and craft community. I also work part time as a Jewellery Tutor teaching adults at a local college.

It is so hard to summarise my style and inspiration. I feel my work evolves from the versatility of the materials I use and begins with the techniques and skills I thrive from working with.
I loved Art Nouveau growing up and definitely feel bold, smooth curves and organic shapes have worked their way into my jewellery to reflect my admiration. The real buzz comes from the manual aspect of creating and shaping something that you know cannot be repeated, and it is this excitement that drives my work.
By adding areas of detail and bright colours to my designs appeals to my love of jewellery as precious, pretty things that are crying out to be looked at and admired.
